When it comes to crafts... I have tried them all. When it comes to hobbies... I have atempted them all. The crafty thing started with simple things like paper and glue at x-mass time. I made the little paper chains that most of us made as kids. Except my chain was 40 foot long and had lights incorporated into it. My mom thought that I had been working to hard and told me to take a break. ( I think she just didnt know what to do with all that chain.) Then as I got older I started to draw. I would get napkins when we went out and draw funny little cartoons and entertain my family. Then I got a roll of butcher paper and made longer larger cartoons. And when I drew all over my bedroom walls my mom smiled and asked me why I didnt ask for more paper? She then introduced me to paint. We painted the walls of my room first. So now knowing a little about my early childhood I would like to share with you every week a new craft. Well at least a story or idea about a differnt or new craft every week. Those of you who are interested in crafts will appreciate my blog for the technical side that I hope to bring you and those that dont have the crafty bug will hopefully get a kick out of the stories. Just remember if you have a kid that is over active in the art department, try to find some understanding and help support that drive because it will flow into some amazing places if alowed to flow freely.
Thanks and stay tuned.
